As all our products are food items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items under specific conditions - if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. and our team will collect and deliver the item.
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days and the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at email@example.com with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges will be on case to case basis.
