Doves Farm's beautiful Lemon Zest, Gluten Free Cookies are made with authentic lemon to leave you with a real flavour. Where possible, Doves Farm sources the best Fairtrade ingredients to create opportunities for the farmers and work to protect our environment. Doves Farm are organic flour and Gluten Free flour specialists. They have separate mills for Gluten Free flours as well as a separate bakery. The Doves Farm story began at a farm near Hungerford in 1978. Doves Farm make a variety of organic and Gluten Free products including great tasting organic flour, biscuits, cookies, cereal bars, breakfast cereals, pasta and baking requisites. This product is Coeliac UK, Vegan Society, Soil Association and Kosher certified.
