As all our products are food items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All goods are exempt from being returned as they are Perishable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items under specific conditions - if they are defective or damaged and are un-opened. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and our team will collect and deliver the item.

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 7 days and the amount will be transferred back into the account/card. Orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded before your shipment has been dispatched. Please email us at with any questions or needed support. We will be unable to cancel orders once the order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges will be on case to case basis.
